I love the sturdy box design! Works very well and the options are quite usefull. I appreciate the walkways, especially for wargaming.
Hope there is a steampunk version on the horizon.

I really like these buildings! I could print a thousand if I had that much ink! The textures you can choose from are nice and there is plenty of variation with alternative fold lines to make different styles of buildings. They look great on the table and I've already got some playing time with them.
However, there's just one thing stopping me from giving it five stars and that's a lack of instructions. I've been building paper models for years so have good experience with them. Even with this experience I have a hard time figuring out the catwalks and whether or not to glue certain folds or not on the buildings. New comers to the hobby might struggle here.
All in all a great set of buildings! Just needs some instructions! :)

Exactly what I was looking for!
Good price.
Simple sturdy models that look very good, and fold flat. :)
I took me a few minutes to fgure out the layer options, but once I did, I couldn\'t find a combination I didn\'t like.

My first comment about the Sci-fI Buildings is to use card instead of paper. This can be purchased at most stationers and adds additional strenght to each model. I also used PVA (wood glue) for extra adhesion.
The templates for each building printed well on the card, and with a razor sharp craft knife, and steel rule, the models were easy to cut out. I used the edge of a pair of scissors, and the rule to score the folded sections. I used clothes pegs to hold the glued parts of each model to ensure a secure fix.
The glue was touch dry in minutes after constructing the models. It took roughly four hours to constuct all the buildings. when finished the collection looked very impressive. I stood a 2 pound bag of sugar on the models without any wilting of the contsruction.
In closing the Sci Fi Buildings are great value for money, and ideal for Warhammer 40K. Be it a 40k compound, checkpoint, or town, its down to you and your printer.

With Texicon looming on the horizon, it is time to start pulling together the resources needed to run a game. This year I'm running a 5150: New Hope City PI game. So that means I need tabletop scenery to represent a run-down neighborhood in "Little Hsia". I ran across these inexpensive paper buildings from WargamePrint on WargameVault.com and they have a bit of a run-down look about them. Supposedly, "Little Hsia" is near the star port making it one of the older sections of New Hope City. It would make sense then that some of the buildings would still have that "space colony" appearance. The set has some pros and cons to consider... (see more)

Real great scifi buildings! I use this now for Infinity and Warhammer - prnted out in two different flavour - thanks to the multi layer options.
The layout is optimized for storage - really great! Its build up and also disabled in no time - perfect for carry around and now to be mobile with yor terrain. The perfect alternative for quick games.
Whishes for future Versions:
- some graffity layer (mainly for Infinity, near future towns)
- stackable up to four - with appartment/skyscraper layer
- interior walls (like in some other of your great models) - maybe done another scify set

I ordered these buildings as a way to get some quick terrain for Infinity. I was impressed with the quality of textures and the variety of options. The walls themselves have three different options for standard grays, plus one that is more of a sand color. There are also many options for details, which would allow you to fill the table with unique buildings.
The buildings themselves are more solid than normal with paper, likely due to the boxy designs and double-thick walls. This allows both the buildings and bridges to support multiple metal miniatures. Construction time seems to be 30-45 minutes per building.
Building B0 has a tunnel through it. While this is a very cool idea, the tunnel itself is too small to actually put models in. Two of the buildings (B2 and C2) do not have options for doors. As their dimensions look similar to B1 and C1, it could be possible to combine parts, but I have not tried this.
When I initially purchased the file, there was an issue with one of the roof textures displaying all red. I sent an email to their contact email and, within the day, I received a response indicating that the problem had been resolved.
