I was looking for a desert landscape mat for Arab-Isreali Wars air combat. With a little work with Inkscape I was able to create an overlay hex TIFF and using Photoshop overly it onto the desert mat. It produced a beautiful desert mat for air games with 1.5 inch hexes. The cost to produce the mat on a vinyl banner was around $80.00 US not bad and the printer had a one day turnaround. The mats look beautiful when printed and when done on vinyl banner are very durable.
